The
second Bodyfly Zone aims to reach articular and muscular
flexibility.
The training is structured in the way to relax and distend
every muscle, and balance the posture.
Every synergic exercise is based on famous theories known
as “Le trois equerries, Meziérès techniques
and Yoga Up”, and is part of a sequence which aims
to reach control in the position.
Positions related to the Fire Zone
are “Pyramid- Flyier- Sail”.
