This Zone works to give strength to the muscles, and tone them up.
Bodyfly uses in this zone the specific “self- persistence” method.
This is formed by different sequences by which the body learns to control its extremities.



The Wood zone is based on slow and concentrated movements to improve the equilibrium dynamically, even if the body is one foot balanced.
Figures for this area are mentioned as “Arch- Flag- Heron- Sickle”.
