The training in the Earth zone is totally developed lying full length.
The Earth zone aims to reach the “Core”tone.
The body becomes the tool which guides the training. Every movement uses body extremities as levers to exercise.



The training is based upon breath and concentration and is particularly interesting for people who work as Personal Trainers.
The Earth zone positions are “Aracno- Venus- Ager- Libra”.
