Yoga
Up is a “freestyle” yoga lesson performed with
the music. This training aims to reach muscular awareness
and settle every part of the body.
Yoga Up tends to improve flexibility and static forces to
guarantee any corporal segment achieving the right position
so improving internal organs functionality and blood circulation.
Yoga Up should be considered as a particular
journey around body awareness. Leaving to the “Sun
salutation”, the principal Yoga Asana, the Yoga Up
discipline respects the traditional oriental disciplines
philosophy: “Learn with your body, rather than with
your mind”.
Learning with the body means that the body keeps priority
on mind which is just bounded in its own specific capabilities
of perception, conscience and awareness.
Yoga Up means to approach the ancient Yoga
Asana but it is not a spiritual activity based on meditation.
That is why Yoga Up does not form traditional Yoga trainers.
In a YOGAup session:
Every
position must be comfortable and must not involve any tension
or effort;
Every
part of the body must feel relaxed, except for muscles involved
in the position reached;
Every
position must not involve strength to be reached. Equilibrium
and relax are the only forces involved in the movement;
Apart
from some particular case, breath must be always spontaneous
and natural;
Every
movement must always be calmly, softly and harmonically
reached;
